l About Us
East District Health Station of Tainan City began on March 1951. We are now sixteen employees working in the office and are more than fifty volunteers working with us.
Our goal is to build a better, healthier life for people who live in Tainan. We strive to combat disease like Tuberculosis, Dengue fever, metabolic syndrome, cancer and chronic kidney disease. We protect children and elderly by getting vaccination. We support people with psychiatry problems. We promote the idea to get healthier such as nonsmoking, low carbon diet, weight reduction.

These are our main areas of work: Promoting health through the life-course, combating infectious diseases, supporting psychiatry issues etc.
